Framed Prints are shipped directly from our printing company based in Auckland, New Zealand. There is a flat rate of $20 on all orders to cover shipping costs. 

All frames are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Unfortunately, we can't control the handling of your package so if any damage occurs to your order during shipping, please send us through photos within 24 hours for us to assess the damages, and where necessary, we will replace the item at no additional cost. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will let you know.
